A new and exclusive dining concept held monthly at Trentham Estate, the Chefs Table is an intimate 5-course dinner hosted by Dag together with winemaker Anthony Murphy and wife Nola, and viticulturist Pat Murphy.
The dinner is a food and wine lovers delight. The concept of the Chef' s Table originated in Europe last Century. In many ways there is a similarity to the Captain' s Table aboard a luxury liner.
Traditionally the chef would give other members of the kitchen the opportunity to prepare a special meal for his dinner. The dishes used often required difficult preparation and unique ingredients unsuitable for that Restaurant.
A limited number of tickets are on offer for each Chefs Table, so please contact us early to secure your place.
Tickets are $80pp including five superb courses with wines to match.
