Reviews:
"Clear pear and gentle florals with some cool nettley edges. Apple-type fruit: a sweet apple like a Fuji. Taste almost a bit viognier-like but then gets tight and austere: this is really on the knocker for albario. There's plenty of fruit in here and the fruit-acid balance is just right. A touch of herbal and floral which is exactly how the variety should be. It never ceases to amaze me what this outfit does with wacky varieties. Fab. An albarino from Spain as good as this would cost double!"

"Trentham Estate produces a wide range of well made, moderately priced wines, and this is an excellent example. It's a very flavoursome dry white with rich peach characteristics and a palate of considerable texture. Fascinating drinking right now."

'Oily nose with a lifted citrus and peach-like bouquet, leading to a lovely long, delicate palate with excellent fruit drive. "Be fabulous with prawns," said one judge.
