Title: Shiraz
Style: Full bodied, dry red
Range: Trentham Estate Classics
Vintage: 2009
Winemaker: Anthony Murphy
Reviews:
'Trentham Estate, on the New South Wales side of the Murray Valley from Mildura, is a consistent source of good quality, reasonably priced wines. Their '09 shiraz has earthy dark-berry aromas touched with spices and the medium weight palate is smoothly constructed with plenty of ripe flavour, fresh acidity and soft tannins.'

'From the widespread big-river country's northern banks, with all the big red bluster you can deliver out of warm regional shiraz - ripe, rich, a fairly robust tannin coating around the mouth and decent balance in the finish. Everything you could wish for in a bargain red beside a traditional country lamb dinner.'
Tony Love, Herald Sun, 22 March 2011.
'Yet another example of huge value from one of the very best producers along the Murray. Savoury stuff!'
Paddy Kendler, AEU News, April 2011.
