Easter on the Riverfront
There’s no better place to take in the Easter weekend (April 15 & 16) and the Mildura 100 Ski Race atmosphere than the Trentham riverfront! We have a spectacular weekend planned for Easter this year; offering you the best spot to watch the race over the long weekend. Bring the whole family along to enjoy the live music playing on the grounds all weekend, delicious food or even just take in the panoramic views while sipping on your favourite local wines.
Join us in Cellar Door to taste our extensive range of wines, enjoy a 3 course set menu in the restaurant, cook-your-own fully-catered BBQ or indulge in a share plate on the green lawns. And the outside bar ensures you won’t miss any of the river action.

House made Trentham port pate with onion jam and focaccia
Pork belly, celeriac green apple remoulade and sticky Asian sauce
Baked goats cheese tart, rocket, semi sun dried tomatoes and Trentham Shiraz vincotto
Char grilled eye fillet, house made rosti, fresh greens and red wine jus
Crispy skin salmon with warm chickpea, fennel and spinach salad served with buerre blanc
Confit duck maryland, vanilla mash, warm fig salad and citrus glaze
Local honey panacotta with fresh strawberries and balsamic reduction
Local flourless orange cake, vanilla mascarpone with Murray pink salt
Warm chocolate banana fudge, chocolate ganache with vanilla ice-cream and praline
