Isn’t it the best when Valentine’s Day falls on a weekend? At Trentham we’re open for lunch and dinner on Saturday 14th  and all day for wine tastings & platters.

Surprise your partner with a long, lazy lunch, indulge in dinner while watching the sun set over the river, or head out for an afternoon of tastings and relaxing on our lawns.

200gr Grain Fed Eye Fillet, pomme pont neuf, eschalot puree, jus, rocket, tomato

Confit Duck Leg, gratin dauphinoise, braised red cabbage puree, citrus, endive

Salmon, broccolini, lemon beurre blanc, saffron potato



Belgian Chocolate & Olive Oil Mousse, orange, raspberry gel, murray pink salt

Lemon Curd, italian meringue, crumble, bee pollen, thyme
