This release marks a return to this Spanish-originating varietal for Trentham Estate. Verdejo (vehr-day-ho) is a unique wine that sparks interest and intrigue. It has a fleshy softness and abundant fruit flavours reminiscent of tropical and citrus fruits with some herbaceous notes. Lighter bodied, crisp and dry, and a lovely match with light chicken or fish dishes.
